How STP Petrol Treatment Works
One of the major causes of a dirty fuel system is the build-up of carbon deposits due to the normal combusion process of an engine.  Temperatures become extremely hot and can actually "bake" some of the components of fuel inside the engine.  These harmful deposits can clog openings, commonly building up on carburettors, manifolds and intake valves, restricting the petrol / air flow to the engine, which reacts by hesitating and stalling, becoming hard to start and accelerating poorly.  Engine performance and combustion are reduced, petrol consumption and emissions are increased.

STP Petrol Treatment's active formula will enhance the additive packages provided by today's petrol, preventing the build up of contaminants and unwanted deposits in the fuel system and cylinder head.  This results in efficient and complete combustion, and effectively reduces unwanted emission gases, improving performance.

Directions for Using STP Petrol Treatment
One 250ml bottle will treat 50-60 litres of petrol, and should be added directly to a full tank.  For best results, use STP Petrol Treatment every 1000 miles / 1500km.
